We are looking for an experienced digital/growth marketer who believes in the power of digital disruption and is passionate about helping brands unlock their digital growth potential with technology.

As a growth marketer, you’ll be playing a crucial role in accelerating Ematic solutions’ inbound growth in your local market through marketing initiatives.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a hands-on growth marketer who is strategic in thinking, and astute in actions. You enjoy taking end-to-end ownership of projects and delivering tangible business values.

This role will report to the Regional Growth Marketing Lead.

  • Develop and implement local inbound marketing strategy as well as support regional marketing initiatives in driving awareness and acquisition of Ematic Solutions.
  • Keep abreast with the latest digital marketing trends and constantly share relevant knowledge to empower both internal teams and customers
  • Create content and webinars to build thought leadership among marketers’ community.
  • Be the subject expert to talk about digital marketing and martech related topics in external occasions, including but not limited to local / regional conferences and client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success, partnership and growth team to identify needs and opportunities to polish our go-to-market strategy
  • Experienced B2C Marketer – you have at least 3-5 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an online-focused B2C business, and possess a wide knowledge of modern marketing from branding, omni-channel communication, performance marketing, CRM to community building.
  • Content and Community Enthusiast – you are good at synthesizing and communicating in a simple yet effective manner, and have great great passion in creating relevant, meaningful content to connect with prospects and users.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset – You are not afraid of challenges and enjoy making things happen. You apply an agile work mentality to validate, evolve and scale ideas.
  • Good to have – Experience using or purchasing martech tools is a plus
