Junior Finance Executive

• Preparing of customer invoices. 
• Assist in daily accounting data entries and reconciliation of revenue and expenses
• Assist in monthly closing, reconciliation, and accounting schedules 
• Using multiple tech tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Trello, and Expensify
• Other ad-hoc accounting projects as assigned

• Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (A must!) – Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Proficient in MS office application and tech-savvy
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Strong team player and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
• Any other exposure/experience in finance daily operations will be an added advantage.
