  • Preferably have a minimum of 4-5 years of Account Director experience in Digital Marketing Agency environment and commercially minded.
  • Have a strong understanding of client’s needs, a strong communicator and highly organised to deliver in depth Digital marketing strategies to your client
  • Have an Entrepreneur DNA. As you will be task to grow the country sales.
  • A great team leader, and will be nurturing, motivational and comfortable in delegating and leading people and projects.
  • An awesome project manager and with an eye for details. Exposure to Agile Project Management is an added plus
  • Proactive in developing new brand initiatives and campaigns, and will be thoroughly comfortable and professional in championing clients’ requirements, creative briefing, presentations, cost calculation and ensuring key project milestones and client objectives are achieved


  • Responsible for managing the P&L of the country you are in charge of Conduct sales meeting and Pitch to clients at c-level / management level
  • Maintain and develop the highest standards of client relations & engagement and grow the country portfolio
    Ensure revenues are in line with company objectives and growth strategy
  • Ensure management is updated on the status of the countries accounts/clients in terms of problems, plans and objectives
  • Coordinate closely with all the different agency stakeholders : performance marketing, social media , design and other account management function.
  • Identify new business opportunities and always strive to grow revenues
  • Plans and manage budgets and timelines to ensure a quality and profitable service to Clients.
  • Provide ongoing management to a team of account executives / account managers, and convey the commercial goals, vision and values of the organisation to them.
