  • 3-5 years of working experience in Sales Operations with exposure to CRM and Lead Generation
  • Have experience working in SaaS or similar tech companies
  • Have experience working on Sales Strategy and operationalizing it
  • A problem solver, detail oriented and hungry to achieve results and go the extra mile.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read data and summarize
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional language is a plus


  • Working with VP of Sales on Sales Strategy and breaking it down into operational tasks
  • Manage the Sales Operations team, provide training, mentorship and support
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales and top management to make data-driven decisions
  • Daily sales pipeline management and focus in lead generation, lead assignment, lead qualification and data accuracy
  • Sales Team reporting and analytics
  • Territory mapping
  • Cross Sell Opportunities management
  • Working on new market entry strategy
  • Monitoring and manage CRM health check and data
  • Sales vendor management
