  • Develop and consult customers on a Marketing Strategy that is aligned with the customer requirements & KPI’s AND Ematic’s offerings
  • You will represent, sell, and continue to develop Ematic’s offering together with your peers by communicating, building relationships and gaining insight into customers’s current practices and their requirements.
  • Evaluate prospect/customer existing CRM channels including email marketing, push notification, in-app messages, SMS etc.; proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards of marketing technologies and assist in the integration of additional channels via the marketing automation platforms. 
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
  • Review & analyze the data reports to generate insights & recommendations for customers business growth.
  • Focus on creating, implementing, and improving performance using cross-channels tactic with the goal of improving customer business growth through marketing technologies. 
  • You will be reporting to the country’s Growth Team Lead and work closely with the Customer Success team for knowledge sharing and customer performance optimization.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with automation tools.
  • Experience in optimizing user experience through cross-channels marketing automation and customer segmentation.
  • Proven experience to create and develop CRM journeys and campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • Expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders & customers. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication with internal and external parties and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects. 
  • Strategic mindset & strong business acumen knowledge that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Knowledge in some of these marketing technology platform is a plus: Iterable, Segment, Mixpanel, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Emarsys, Moengage, Insider, Mailchimp, etc
