  • On-board and partner with our customers to ensure that they’re up and running with their services of choice and set up for success
  • Coordinate with Account Manager and Consultants to gather requirements of customers’ marketing campaigns (including EDM, Ad campaigns etc.). 
  • Set up and schedule campaigns, ensuring customer’s expectations are well managed through the process
  • Assist the Account Manager in identifying improvement and growth opportunities and present recommendations to the customer
  • Work together with our Growth team to identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities and build out a pipeline of new business leads
  • Actively contribute to our expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess reliability and demonstrate proficiency in identifying and attracting individuals who seamlessly integrate with our company culture and values.
  • Keen interest in learning a broad base of digital marketing including Analytics, Content Marketing, CRM, CRO, Ecommerce, Performance Marketing and SEO
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, able to convey difficult concepts to the customers and have good negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform tasks effectively under pressure with a systematic approach
  • Have analytical and strong problem solving skills to synthesize data into clear insights for clients.
  • A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
  • A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing data & technology driven environment.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, and comfortable with technology in general
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (e.g. Google/Facebook) or tools (e.g. Email Platforms, CRM, CDP, Google Analytics) are a plus
