This role is for a content marketing expert with a commercial mind who can grow our business. If you’re successful in the role, it will lead to promotion into management.

  • You’re the person in charge of:
    • Strategic branded campaigns
    • Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms
    • Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales 
    • First-class knowledge of Paid Ads strategy and measurement
    • Champion best practices and continuously improve processes
  • Build and own a portfolio of Social Media business
    • Work with our Consultant team to cultivate inbound and outbound sales
    • Work with our Client Services team to identify Cross-Sell opportunities from existing client relationships.
    • Manage, retain and grow Social Media client base
  • Build a team
    • As we expand the book of Social Media business, we’ll hire junior Social Media Consultants to scale up.
    • Help hire, train and mentor junior team members and support their development
    • As the team grows, the opportunity for promotion from “Senior” to “Team Lead” is all yours if you’re ready for it.
  • Spoken + written communication and presentation, in English and local language
  • Rapport and relationship-building across geographies and disciplines; inspire a team and influence customers’ decision making
  • Organization and prioritization; agility to work across multiple projects
  • Comfortable with distilling data into insight, and an eye for detail

  • Be exposed to and grow your knowledge across the Digital Marketing ecosystem, including Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, CRM and more
