  • Campaign Management: Assist with the setup and monitoring of CRM campaigns, ensuring they adhere to timelines and quality standards.
  • A/B Testing: Help prepare materials and collect data for A/B testing under close supervision, learning about its effects on campaign effectiveness.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Support in gathering marketing data and participate in the basic analysis of campaign results. Help in preparing simple reports that contribute to campaign optimizations.
  • Marketing Technologies Exploration: Assist in the review of existing CRM channels like email marketing, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS. Participate in basic research on best practices and support the supervised integration of new technologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with CRM consultants and other team members, gaining insights into CRM management and day-to-day operations.
  • Client interaction: Observe client meetings to gain a basic understanding of client management and communication.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing Initiatives: Support more experienced team members in the development and implementation of cross-channel marketing tactics, learning about their planning and execution.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates or final-year students in a relevant field who are available for a full-time internship.
  • Skills: Good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, team-oriented individuals with a strong interest in CRM. Ideal candidates are eager to learn and apply CRM technologies and strategies to drive business success.
